Terrible service

Just missing a word about my situation. I made the order guess. Eu in the store and waited for the courier with the package. Sms comes with info that the package has been delivered to the smartpost in MeZhciems. I am in Uptown) ) ) call customer service where I answer that everything is ok and parcels tend to be delivered to pickup points of your choice. Cool, isn't it? From Uptown to drive to Mezciems after shipment! Simply disgusting attitude.
