Sent to roach infested accommodations

My family booked a vacation with Rooms 101. We got to the accommodations & there were roaches all over the kitchen when we turned the lights on. They were crawling everywhere. Tried to call Rms 101 several times no answer. Front desk finally sent a maintenance guy over after several calls with a can of bug spray.... Read more➤

We purchased a 5 day /4nite vacation from rooms 101 for July2-6. The 2 bedroom condo was full of roaches. We called & called rooms 101& they never returned our call.
