New washing machine leaks dealer and repair cant gets parts. Id like refund or new washer. Been 6 months and Im not happy. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Maytag.
They said I have to pay for both labor and parts when it’s under warranty. Also that I couldn’t get an estimate over the phone about how much labor runs an hour. Which is bull because I need to know how much in order for them to come out
Have a washer bravo xl, three sets of drum bearings in 8 years, first set in 4 years sent me the tool and bearing kit, but yet they said no issue with this.This is the biggest piece of junk ,DON’T BUY MAYTAG User’s recommendation: DONT BUY MAYTAG.
Quality
The service could be good but any machine in a terrible condition, the gearbox is not normally closed, thermostat dead and the machine is high, the tailgate can not be normally closed and not to mention that consuming 1.6 engine on the highway met 12.5 liters. And read the contract, the car must be washed before returning the strangely unnatural return of your security money (40 USD) and more fuel to create the need. I do not recommend to anyone.
