Fooling customers
I never thought I'd write a complaint about this office, but I want to let other people know about this office's approach to customers. I was a long-term customer of a bee when two years ago I needed a new mobile phone and that bee once had a promotion - take one phone to pay for it, the other will be a gift. At the time, I thought about how good the offer was - my daughter, a schoolgirl, also needed a new phone. We went to the bee in the cabin domina, and there a very polite and upcoming employee, if I'm not mistaken Alexander, smeared us a phone pay, new tariffs + a tablet (only for 4 AU$ per month) and the Internet for this tablet with the note that the monthly fee for all this wealth will be only 50 AU$ per month. Well, of course, being naive and catching up with this salesman,because he offered everything with a 50% discount. They didn't read all the contracts either - he said: "see how much paperwork, but you don't want to spend an hour here? You better go with your daughter to a cafe, in an hour all the paperwork will be ready and you will be able to pick them up". After a month of receiving the bill, I was surprised and very angry because the bill was 90eur. I called this office and I was told: "I had to read the contracts and now it is impossible to disable or change anything". Respectively, the fool himself. I was waiting for those unfortunate two years to be able to give them up. And they were still calling and offering some other devices and services at super attractive prices. I sent them three houses on. The time came, I went to another operator. But it turned out that the contract for the tablet and the Internet is for three years. OK good,I wrote a formal letter terminating the installment agreement because it could not be done electronically. I received an email back from them warning that the entire remaining amount would have to be paid, I replied that I agreed. Then after about 2 weeks I received an email from them that the contract was only terminated in February (although I sent them a letter on 28. 12) and I will have to pay for the internet by the end of February! And in January I received an invoice for December in full, although I switched to another operator (mobile communications and Internet by phone) 18. 12. Very honest and loyal operator to your customers! I will never return to them again! And I wouldn't recommend it to others!
