Poor warranty service
2019. On the evening of 2 November 2006, the mobile phone, which was purchased through RD Electronic, ceased to operate. The operating system (Android) hung up. The next day, November 3, the phone was returned for warranty repair, because the product was not in use for even a year. According to the seller / consultant, the phone was delivered to the warranty service on the same day. A month passed and I didn't know anything about the phone and I hadn't heard of it. I asked the store, said to call the information phone. When calling the consultant, the answer was given that the product is in service, it is being repaired, but neither the problem nor the time when I could get the product back could tell me. Although there have been clashes before, I have not had such a case.
