I am sorry, but I would very much like to call them rude in some Italian words. First of all, I paid for the diagnostics in Mexico, which I only answered orally for the phone. In the leaflet that I am given to write only: "Functionality test". Knapi squeezed out together it means only in words. I say no to the repair, because it cost me so much that I better buy a new one... although I only have a problem with the microphone... Secondly, I paid 7 CA$ for this mystical test. Secondly, I received a telephone bill of CA$ 6.06 for calls to their service to find out how far the FUNCTIONALITY CHECK is! Missing words! I want to break these...
