Yes I’ll never use them again. I spent almost 800 bucks on something and the next day was making the same noise. But had to get surgery so couldn’t drive. Plus live over an hour away. Anyway finally went back they said it would be another 1400 hundred to fix It. But they didn’t offer anyany discount....

Because I was given an appointment, it was not honored and I wasnt given any compensation. I will never use Mavis again. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere.
Office - completely missed. Initially promises to deliver the product the next day, because the product is in stock, but then call and announce that the product is out of stock, but will appear in a few days, etc. It takes 2 weeks... No product.
