I made an online appointment through the website. Received an email confirmation. However when I went to the Taylor PA store, there was no reservation. Billy the manager made sure I was in within an hour for my tire rotation. Since the website said I had an appointment, when I actually did bot. I didnt write a negative review. Billy totally changed my opinion and saved a negative review as well as a customer. Thank you Billy.
