I need replacement I was given a used in working unit from y’alls booth at show in okc fairgrounds

Unit doesnt work when got it from backwood show where yall had booth looks like they gave me a unit they where using to show need replacement please

This company is a scam!!

This product it a scam. The bait you in the mall with this product, then when u get home, it doesn’t work. When you try to return it, they say no refunds. What type of customer service it that???
