I was very unhappy about what I received I told the sales lady what I wanted .My Last Time shopping at Marlo Furniture . I BELIEVE IN TRUTH IN ADVERTISING VERY DISAPPOINTING . The manager never returned my call. Bad Customer Service User’s recommendation: Don’t shop here.
I bought the dinning room set in 2019. Waited long time before 1st delivery. However, the furniture had many scratches, unfinished paint, had poor quality. Since that time for 14 months was many attempts with delivery same type of problems. My complaint to co., board of directors was ignored. The certified letter were returned to me unopened.... does not deliver a paid item

Article 18.01.2019. It has been more than 4.5 months since I paid for the purchase at CrazyDeal.com and I have not received it. The same style is still going on, that I am not being informed (another arbitrary extension period has expired), nor is there any interest on their part in resolving this matter. It is very unpleasant not only from the legal and professional point of view, but also from the moral and ethical point of view - an elderly person has been waiting for a paid hearing aid since September. My purchase - hearing aid - registration parameters are: Coupon: # 27973-0059 PIN code: 0020 Purchase time: 04.09.2018 The item number is 27973. Reminders are written every month and even more. Either arbitrarily extend delivery times that are not met later, or ignore emails.
