Booking not visible on App but Money deducted from bank account

Hi Team, I was booking train from Delhi to Rishikesh .I paid by google pay however ,money got deducted from my account but booking not visible on makemytrip app. I have bank account deduction google pay message screenshot as proof.

Dear Sirs, Airline cancellation fee and MMT convenience fee shouldn’t be deducted as due to covid airline cancelled the flight and we were held up in Dubai for 3 months.
