Missing package / poor service

2 different shipments were processed to my phone number 1 day apart. In Aluksne - 26. 04. 19. and Melbourne, TC Minsk- 27. 04. 19. I contacted on 30. 04. 19. I contacted FedEx's customer service operator with a question about the shipment from Aluksne, because by entering the shipment number on the service portal, it is shown that the shipment has been executed, but not inserted or shipped. The second consignment, from Melbourne, 30. 04. 19. as if delivered to the specified parcel terminal. In Aluksne, at the time of processing the shipment, there was no possibility to print a sticker, so the shipment was placed without a sticker. Except for the shipment on April 30, 19, I established that I have received the shipment from Aluksne, but with the Melbourne shipment code. As a result, there must be 2 shipments with the same shipment codes. 4/30/19 When calling the omnivore, the operator does not really understand the essence of the case and the reason for the complaint. So determine that you have recorded the complaint and will contact me. Of course, no one has done that. Are you sure? Would I call and ask if it was? Record the complaint again. I attach pictures showing 2 different packages with identical shipment number, but different sticker designs. Gray was photographed by the sender before being placed in the parcel, it is a lost packet, but in the other-pink pack, which came from Aluksne, I already photographed it myself when I found out that the packet came with the code of the second shipment.
