Fraud, poor service.

I ordered the product in early October 2018. As the delivery time approached, an e-mail arrived stating that the product would be delayed and that was the courier's fault! I was not satisfied with that and demanded a refund - to which, I still do not answer anything. I am very angry, because if I buy a product, I will also count on when I will have it! It is already January and there are NO goods, No money and no one answers e-mails! I started to leave bad reviews on their FB page! I will try to sue them in the European Court of Human Rights! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP!
