Double pissed

This company took my money, and sent me a piece of junk and charged me 53.00 inc. shipping.I received it today and it does not work!! They said that I have to pay for shipping, and they will refund. What they seem fit. THERE IS A SPECIAL PLCE IN *** FOR THEM User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
