Report HORRIBLE customer service

Majic Jack has the WORST customer service of any company that I have had to deal with. They REFUSE to answer and forward all calls to Third World country who, speak poor English and can not take any initiative to help the customer. User’s recommendation: DO NOT waste your time or money on this horrible service!!!
