Cant seem to get anybody! Call 180* ***-****, no answer! Than email to call 180* *** ****, supposed to be a direct secure line ! Its another companys answering service! Starting to think people at Magellan dont care about their customers. Shouldnt be so hard to talk with someone!
No phone number to contact with updating maps just text that they only get ahold of u every 4 days. Now leaving on trip cant update maps. Issues with there sighn in also says I’m already a Magellan member but that the email isn’t a working email. Well either im a member or not. Cant sighn in....
