Somehow a subscription I had was picked up with them. The subscription lapsed without any notification. When contacted they swore multiple times that I did not have a subscription with them. Eventually they found it and only said sorry. When asked thet they replace my missed issues, again sorry. Never using them again.
I have been trying to cancel a renewing subscription for over a month with no response from the company. Plus they have been overcharging me for the subscription.
case#SF-0487864 renewed my subscription to the family handyman on oct. 28 2018 also giving free year subscp. to Craig Tusing. I have my cancelled check #1780 from oct, so it was received. also so disappointed I have gotten the mag. for years and never had these problems. please fulfill are subscriptions.
