Order something

Want to order a rug I had tried to order a rug in the Danbury store I tried calling several Times and the no answer . After about 40 Minutes of trying I have up and called customer service. After some back and forth he was going to check the price of the rug with the store.... Read more ➤
I was told that I would not be charged a late fee but it appeared on my paper statement. I would like the late fee dropped off my account because I had setup my payment to automatically be deducted. Somehow an online glitch occurred.
I cannot speak to a real person about my refund for the Catherine mattress picked up on June 10 2021 User’s recommendation: None and I will never shop at Macy’s again, customer service stinks!

Opal faded to clear

Paid $600 for a on sale Opal necklace and the Opal faded to clear after wearing just a few times. So I called customer service to get a refund and was told that there was a 60 day refund policy and that you can’t wear it also to get refund. It was bought as a gift in... Read more ➤
Operator said item was canceled but I don’t see money put back in my account. 161.06 was charged but put back then it was taken out immediately right after… saying I had a pick up at Rosedale today even though I canceled that order earlier this morning at Rosedale Macy’s
