Wrong order delivery/delay

I placed an order in April 2020. No communication as to the delay. Follow up with 3 emails, of course using the COVID-19 as excuse. Finally, received my shipment in July (3 months later). Horrible Quality of Wigs

The wigs are NOTHING like advertised. Please do not waste your time nor money with this company. Customer service is also horrible. You can only email them.
