Poor service

About the iExpress courier who had to deliver the package on Saturday 10. 10. 2020. To Kempsey. The result was not brought. Then came the sms on Monday morning that the package will be from 11. 39-12. 39. I was especially waiting for the work. There were no calls from the courier. I can present a detailed call list! I called Dpd, there the courier justifies me because he called. What a lie. Do I have to leave work?
