Poor quality service + hidden costs
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the quality of AuMobile services has deteriorated, while the Price has remained the same as before. Taking into account the special situation not only in Australia, but also in the world, I gave AuMobile time to improve the service, but it did not happen. It is about the loss of the reception area and the funniest thing is that it all happened near the main building of AuMobile. After I decided to terminate the contract and connect the services of another operator, a AuMobile representative called me and asked the reason, I told her everything described above. The operator also mentioned that another operator with which I had already concluded a contract was using unfair commercial practices. The operator also claimed that the quality of services will improve as early as 2021. At the beginning of the year,although she forgot to mention that the amount for their service will also increase. And the most interesting thing is that when you received the invoice for part of the month, the invoice included an amount without appropriate discounts, which were applied for 23 consecutive months. When I received a call, I was told that the final subscription fee was not mentioned in the contract, but the website states: "When making changes to tariff plans or service connections, the benefits of the family offer may be canceled. After canceling the family offer, standard monthly fees apply to AuMobile services. ". To my question on which clause of the contract it is written, I was told that it is written on the AuMobile website. I said that I did not sign the AuMobile agreement, which mentioned this condition, but replied that I was saying in my own words thatthat I signed the contract to pay the full fee and AuMobile gave me a gift in the amount of this applicable discount. Returning to the AuMobile representative, it is said that another operator is using unfair commercial practices, I would like to emphasize that AuMobile itself deceives its customers by applying a secret payment, which was not said anywhere and was not reported in any way at the time of connecting the services. And with this attitude here I was offered to leave my phone number for other AuMobile offers... Business in Australian style... A country with an excellent success story!
