Hello. After a great day, we went to Mackay catering restaurant "Oporto" to have a meal. Working hours are until 22. 00, we were served by 21. 54, we were 5 people. It started with the fact that everything is dirty, soap your hands in the toilet, there is no water, the trash is full! At 22. 00 the light went out! All the food we started eating, just have to leave or how?! From the service staff we realized that you are... Before buying food we were offered to take away or on site? Of course we ate on the spot. At first we were ignored as to why the light was off. We asked to turn on the light, where we were made to understand that everything was programmed like this and everything, disagreements arose, we asked for a complaint form or a book of suggestions - to which you write on the Internet! They have a schedule they know :( Sorry young people don't respect their work! + - Within 5 minutes the security guard came, of course we were right, we bought the food we wanted to eat, there were still 9 people in the room without us. Please note - this is not normal, during the winter the food should be eaten in the dark at all . Unfortunately, to normal levels for them to grow and grow. Unfortunately, the staff didn't even apologize :(
