This is the 3rd time my child’s information under my account is not visible

Child’s info missing under “switch” in adult parent account. No Doctors visible, No appoints prior/upcoming, No meds, etc. PPWK signed in 11/2020 due to age. This is the 3rd occurrence! 1x after 11/2020 with Old Portal & 2x’s with New Portal. User’s recommendation: PERSISTENCE when needed, COVID or not!

Ignorant staff or interns of ill repute

I do not like how when my elderly parent went for initial consult the main Doctor allowed different interns Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Indian all to have access to my parent’s address or confidential HIPAA patient data without first asking her permission.
