I have been trying to contact Lord and Taylor. I know they went bankrupt but the company that bought them is stealing customers money by not refunding returns. Worst Customer service ever !!!!

I placed an order which I never received. I tried calling ( number doesn’t work), chat( no one responds), and emailed them several times.( never got a response) User’s recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this store!
