Need help setting up payment options

I am setting up the payment options and using a pay pal gateway. I wanted to know if there was a benefit to using Pay Pal Payments Pro vs. Pay Pal Pro? I need to set this up via Pay Pal and wanted to understand before I did so. Thanks, Shayna
