I’ve received nothing from this company. I have followed up with emails, phone calls where I have left messages and actually spoke to a CSR yesterday. She said their server was down and she couldn’t look up the order. She didn’t call me back yesterday as I requested. I called again today and left another message. Still... Read more➤

A year ago I bought a computer from the Tet e-store. Came without film, a little scratched. I called the tet, it turned out that the computer was standing for testing in the store and that there is nothing to change and as was the last one, the change will have to wait I don't know how much, as always after the classics. I went to the branded link, I see that they don't make computers and dell branded computers. Then call their firm, the operator can't figure out what I want from her at all and my computer can't be handed over to them under warranty. Write tet how they don't. Tet answers, no, they do, contact their firm. Again? Call to tet by phone, one operator explained, send to another, no, you need tet in the store, send to the third. I explained the situation. Ok, I'm waiting until the operator finds where I can still turn. And I told her that I have a completely different company on the warranty card, can I turn to them?
