Tried to order 3 separate pictures for my daughter, my son, and my niece. All 3 packs came in with 2 of them saying my sons and my nieces name and grade on them. Trying to reach anybody by phone or live chat is almost impossible. Completely unacceptable for the amount of money you pay for these....

Paid for school pictures for all three of my kids. Received two out of three. Did not receive my daughter photos. Attached is the confirmation of payment received.
Fraud and / or Negligence
There was an invitation to the post office to receive the item, but it turned out to be lost. Got the call, promising to call the next day. There is no telephone in the post office. I called the customer service center several times. A week passed, the shipment turned out to be lost. The next two posts did not receive an invitation. Although they should have arrived already. WHAT IS IT?! RESPONSIBILITY?!
