Still waiting for months – for parts – terrible customer service I have to say, we are pleased with the quality of the pool . User’s recommendation: when they say you will get parts soon– DO NOT BELIEVE.
My pool was finally installed after a long wait. What a mess they left me with. Also they said no jumping in pool for two weeks. I did not go in till almost 3 weeks and the bottom of my pool is full of lumps and bumps. I contacted them two times now with no response….
I called to get pricing and the sales rep actually got mad why I am asking to break down the costs. He hung up on me. He gave me a price of $20,000 for a 10 x 20 and I only asked what does this include. How do these people do business. Unbelievable. They are ripping people...

your lucky… In 2010 I a paid 20,000 for a 12×24 kayak pool. first year 4 walls buckled and liner started leaking. they replaced only the 4 walls and the liner, I had to eat the water and all the lost time of not being able to swim because the installer is very difficult to get in...
