Harassment From Agents

I have been harassed from agents with Liberty National Life Insurance since December 18 2020, over policies stay say are listed in there system as lasped. Notched phone

I sent a phone warranty to Canada for repair by Bite.ca. They sent it to Mttc, with whom they contract. As a result, I get my phone back today. All in one robot. I follow the repair process and description. At the end of the repair, the word "gap" was added. After the decimal point. I'll be shocked. I wrote to them that I refuse to accept such a product, they answer me that the product was such. What, do I have to answer the phone even before handing it in for repair? I sent the phone under warranty, it was acknowledged that the phone had got some moisture and now the warranty expires, being able to offer a repair. I agreed to the amount of 25 dollars. The invoice was sent 27, which turned out to be an "error" after my question. After paying this amount, I am told that the phone may not work. As a result, I have a jagged phone with a scratched screen. I look like someone has hated it. And the panel cover is glued with adhesive tape. And what do I get started? The product is damaged, the money has been paid.
