It’s been 10 weeks, and I haven’t received my glasses. The first pair was rejected by QA before being sent. The second pair was also made wrong, but sent to me and returned. Still waiting for my cancellation refund after 6mos. They emailed they would return my refund, but I am still waiting. When I followup, they do not respond to my emails. Left messages on the 800 number no return calls, User’s recommendation: Poor customer support.
I have used lensbl many times and had no complaints, in fact, I also submitted an order for my husband. My husband has yet to receive his glasses and my three pairs arrived an all are the wrong prescription. I submitted an updated prescription these glasses o User’s recommendation: Make your customer service agents available for calls.

Concellation Refund

I sent in my Bose glasses to add a prescription. I have entered all of the required information, they send me these emails requesting more. Nobody to contact, no glasses no nothing. Poor customer care. User’s recommendation: Move along.
