Broken hinge

Had my Lenovo laptop for 3 months and a hinge broke and cracked the screen. I don’t think opening and closing the laptop for that amount of time should do break a hinge. It sits on my counter. I open it, work on it and then close it. $168.00 to repair. No more Lenovo for me.

Took three months to get refund

Send the item back 1 month ago not accepted the delivery not got the refund so far. They just issue tickets that it User’s recommendation: worst customer service, not effective at all.
