Lenovo refused to process my order because they cannot call me on the voice phone because I am Deaf. I even uploaded my drivers’ license through ID Me, but they still refused because they need to confirm my identity through the voice phone. User’s recommendation: Stay away from Lenovo! Horrible customer service!
