Poor service
Arriving at the store last night, a man (probably a manager) was sitting behind the cash register, solving his problems over the phone. In the tone we all had to listen to his conversation, all the countless uncensored words (in foreign), the people standing in line counted on each other, the feeling was that we should thank the owner at all for allowing to buy alcohol. The saleswoman tried to smile, but it was obvious that she felt uncomfortable that the manager was shouting loudly next to her.
