Failure to remove my email from their marketing mailing list

Despite my 4 (four) formal requests learningbrite.com / pmptrainingcentre.com has not removed me from their marketing list. Today, on February 27, 2018 I received another unwanted marketing email from pmptrainingcentre.com.
