Fraud

I ordered this product in October 2018. After the delivery time indicated at the beginning, I received an inbox letter that the product will be delayed until 31.01.17 . no - does not exist and and what 10 letters in all possible places - no one answers! I believe that this company is committing fraud, so I will write an additional application to ACTION FRAUD EU, hoping that at least other people will not be cheated in the future!
