Paid for nxt day delivery so it would b here for a friday night out and still nuthing its now tuesday following wk and still no email to say its on its way not happy .. so never pay for fast delivery service because u arnt goin to get it just stick to standard grrrr I

Bought a jacket from Lasula for £20.99 which I decided to return unworn and in perfect condition. The refund has taken 3 weeks to process and they only refunded me £14.50?! Not worth the hassle…
Ordered a body suit, a dress, knee high boots and some black heeled sandals. Purchased roughly around the end of May last year. Received the knee high boots exactly as pictured.
