Ordered a body suit, a dress, knee high boots and some black heeled sandals. Purchased roughly around the end of May last year. Received the knee high boots exactly as pictured. The sandals were green! And the other 2 items were replaced by two horrendous tops! Didn’t receive any replies back to my emails, very poor customer service. Also the delivery was days late. By the looks of the reviews they still haven’t sorted any of the problems within their company. Many people have gone without refunds. Was recommended to this website by a friend as she shopped once with lasula before and had no problems. Took a gamble as I’d seen the reviews weren’t the best, but she’d had a good experience with the company.
