Inefficient Driver

Is it a coincidence that the driver of the 6:40am to downtown Wall Street is continually late and reaches the last stop at 9:15-9:20am. The 5:30pm to Rockaway Mall is horrific and arrives after 7:30pm sometimes closer to 7:45pm This is s running joke amongst passengers even fellow drivers are in on the joke.. DO SOMETHING ABOUT... Rude drivers and dispatchers

Overpriced fare and the majority (not all!) of the drivers and dispatchers are extremely rude. It seems obvious they don’t like their jobs and are miserable. They say mean things about customers in front of other customers and turn them into jokes. They give half or no answers leaving customers confused or they just get really annoyed... Read more➤
