Astor Recliner

I ordered and paid for an Astor Platinum Recliner with Power Lift, Heat and massage. Its the only Astor that costs $3099.99 purchased on August 31. What was delivered does not have heat and massage. Poor service, fraud

Hello! I ordered the product in September 2018. Delivery was scheduled for a month. After a month, of course, the product was not delivered because of problems with delivery. This was reported in an email. After that, such letters continued to arrive another 3-4 times that the goods were delayed for reasons beyond their control, and delivery continued to be postponed for another month or a half. In the meantime, I no longer needed the item (autumn jacket)...) I wrote countless letters of request and threats to return me the money to buy another item, it was already in January and continues to this day. The service was canceled on 20,12,2018. And promised to return the money in the prescribed manner - within 14 days... To this day I have not received any money, nor any further replies to the letters. I also sent my last letter of complaint in foreign language aloda to an Canadan address, but without success. How to recover returned spent goods and paid shipping money — total apt. 26 eu?
