Indifference, Insensitivity
I had been thinking about attending Bikram Yoga for many years, but I was always deterred by the high prices for classes. In April of this year, I was extremely happy that the studio is organizing a campaign in honor of its 5th birthday and a monthly unlimited subscription subscription costs 55. 55 dollars. Unfortunately, I only got to attend a few classes, because a few weeks after purchasing the subscription I found out that I was expecting a baby, which was a wonderful surprise. Like many pregnant women, I started to feel sick, tired, and so on. My gynecologist advised not to attend such intensive classes. With a happy mind and a nice mood, I went to Bikram Yoga Lachplesis studio to discuss what to do with the purchased subscription. In the studio, I encountered a rather unpleasant reaction when I was toldthat it was not possible to return the money and no other option was offered. I was very surprised by this attitude. Sure, I understand that money is money, but where is humanity? Do such situations really happen every day? Should I, as a young pregnant woman, feel guilty about my condition? It's a pity, but my attitude towards this company has changed dramatically. Everything can happen in life, but such a company cannot be called prestigious and reputable if they act indifferently towards their customers.
