Kotak Mahindra Bank are very bad in service. Kotak Bank Sent me mail to apply credit card, when i had applied they have collected documents from me base on I am credit card holder of HDFC. and after one week they have disapproved my application with below reason. We were unable to verify the residence address as provided by you in the application. We request you to kindly call our Customer Contact Centre to provide any landmark or additional information regarding the address. I had given Aadhar card copy for address proof with Land mark...
