Was sent the wrong product twice

Tv Low volume and pissed off with your web site

Purchased a tv . and have to have full volume to faintly hear it. Tried cantacting kogan Help centre and customer service sites. Cant acess them and have wasted hrs trying ..whats wrong with the Tv ??????
