Incorrect Delivery address. I emailed as soon as I sent the order and realised that it was incorrect and no One got back to me and today I received another email saying it had been dispatched
Bought a pair of kogan pro urban headphones..apart from the fact that they appear to be for a bloody iPhone, they don’t work..need to return and upgrade but for someone who is not tech savvy, this is unfathomable..include a phone number..is it that hard..?? Clearly don’t want people to return stuff..should be WAY easier.
