Poor service, ignoring customer complaints
I ordered the product in the online store, choosing iExpress courier as delivery. The desired time of receipt of the goods was indicated on Friday evening. On Friday evening, without waiting for a courier call, I checked the iExpress tracking page, where it is possible to track the location and movement of the goods in general. It stated that the last "movement" took place on Thursday and that the recipient's address was incorrect. I contacted the online store, where they confirmed that the address is accurate. The online store contacted iExpress and after a moment called me back, telling me what iExpress had said. According to DPD, the courier had brought the goods, but could not call me. Firstly, I did not have any missed calls, and secondly, the iExpress page indicatedthat the reason for not delivering the goods was an incorrect address. The order had to be refused (no objection to the online store). I left a complaint on the iExpress page, to which no one tried to answer. Disrespect for the customer to the highest degree. Very dissatisfied with the service. Everything can be settled, but cooperation must be reciprocal.
