Charge for flight but no reservation was saved for me

purchased flight through KIWI.com. when i got to the airport there was no such reservation for me. i could not travel and was forced to find other travel plans that cost me 3 times the price. i am very upset about the aggravation and loss of time and money. very frustratingd User’s recommendation: do not recommend.
