I was left without a phone

How I gave my phone for repair in 2019 I still haven't seen him. Then they couldn't fix it, needed more time, then couldn't find it, then moved and couldn't find it, then found "my time" phone, but offered to give it up broken and to be honest, it didn't even look like mine. After a year already promised to bring something to work, etc. but disappeared. As I called it did not bring or said "yes, everything will be" but still nothing. It's been 4 years and I haven't even received any compensation, or at least an apology - nothing.
