turbo tax sold me a desk top download for prior year tax returns and neglected to inform me it would not work on windows 7. for 119.99. so it cannot be downloaded. also cannot get a refund intuit has complicated intuit User’s recommendation: go elsewhere any other site TOTAL CRAP.

My job emailed me prof that my direct deposit was sent to my intuit turbo account. However, there isnt any direct deposit reflecting for 5/8/202. The same thing happened last week. In a time like this where everyone is depending on their pay check this is completely unexplainable….. User’s recommendation: Provide customer service contact number!!!!
