What are my kitchenaid Dutch ovens both of them rusting on the inside enamel area

Why are my kitchenaid Dutch ovens both of them rusting on the inside and enamel area under the cover and the enamel chipping underneath and showing rust there also. After pissedconsumer got involved I received an email from Whirlpool that a rep would be in touch with me. Still waiting. What suggestions do you have for next steps? The office of the CEO?
