Unavailable to get assistance

We have called every customer service number listed including that of our booking representatives and have not received assistance. I have been on hold for an hour and a half or longer at each number I have called. I need help with my flight and have no one to contact at this point.

Refund Issue. No help

No one is available to help or assist with any issue. I was diverted to Travelgenio while searching tickets through Kayak. Travelgenio never return my money when in fact the Qatar Airways already sent it to them so they can refund the money to me. No answer or reply from both Kayak and Travelgenio. Very frustrating. Flight does not exist

Good Morning! I was at the Munich airport this morning to find out the flight I booked through your site does not exist! Had to book 2 Lufthansa flights to London in the amount of 954.98 Euros! Let me know how you will handle this! User’s recommendation: don’t trust them.
