Flight ticket info misleading and zero customers support

History of the problem I booked a round trip on June 3rd from Kayak. 1)The initial flight from LAX to LHR was supposed to be at 4:55 PM PST, instead, it was shifted to a completely different flight number BA268 (not BA280, as they reflected on the portal and in my e-ticket). The new flight time was 5 hours later at 9:41 PM. 2)The second flight #BA880 from LHR to DME didn't do flights on Jun5th at 2 PM (based on the e-ticket and Kayak portal), and the closest flight departure was 22hrs later (Jun 6th 4:11 PM) than the time they provided. The flight wasn't delayed, they just sold the incorrect information about it, and didn't inform that there were changes. Even now, when the flight is already in the past, they're still showing on the portal incorrect information. The flight back to LAX Kayak sold me doesn't exist at all in the British Airways system. If I use 3UQ22P and my last name, it shows only a flight from DME to London, but there is no flight to LAX. With all this being described. I'm extremely disappointed finding Kayak is not able to provide updates on the flights, and what is most important is not being capable to provide the correct information about flights to the customers, and the whole family has to struggle with 2 kids waiting for 22 hrs in the airport. British Airways said, they can't do anything, you have to connect with Kayak to resolve the problem. I have tried to call Kayak dozens of times within a month, I stood on the line for 20 min, then they redirected me to voice mail. I have left them several messages on voice mail, and a variety of chatbot e-mails, and I've never heard anything back from them. My return date is coming, and I have a ticket only to London without the endpoint. Never again with Kayak, the worst customer support I've ever seen, it just doesn't exist. your customers especially to solve the problems you generated. User's recommendation: Never use Kayak if you don't want to stay with no customer support at all.
